Cancellation Policy
At Prestige Health & Beauty Ltd, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients and our team, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
No-Shows & Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to attend will result in a 100% charge of the service cost.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment for all New clients and for Appointments over 1.5 hrs. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a
late cancellation or no-show.
We understand that emergencies happen, and we will always do our best to accommodate exceptional circumstances.
